Bricks Company is actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Associate to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. Your role will involve seamless communication with clients, efficient project coordination, and a commitment to delivering high levels of client contentment. The ideal candidate for this position should exhibit excellent organizational skills, effective project management capabilities, and a strong focus on fostering positive client relationships.

What We Expect

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact in collaboration with Account Executives.
  • Be the support individual for Account Executives in receiving multiple tasks across multiple accounts and ensure the satisfaction.
  • Understand client needs, objectives, and preferences to effectively communicate and align internal efforts in all different departments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies and plans that meet client requirements.
  • Coordinate the execution of campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Monitor project’s performance & provide regular reports internally and externally, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Address client concerns, feedback, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and work towards expanding business with existing clients by up-selling various company services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Participate in new business development activities like setting scope of work, pitches and presentations, as required.
  • Handle Social Media accounts and manage clients’ community like of posting, reposting, engaging with the customers, and create monthly reports.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Has the ability to maintain attention to detail & preciseness, and the continuation of monitoring the clients’ needs and their social media channels and campaign related matters.
  • Has the ability to be available outside official working hours.
  • Excellent organizational skill and multitasking ability.
  • Strong project management skills; planning, executing, and managing.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational & multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work extended hours and under pressure.
  • Ability to set priorities workload and meet deadlines for the assigned tasks.
