Bricks Company is actively seeking a highly creative and motivated Creative Associate to play a key role in our team. In this position, you will be deeply involved in research, moodboard creation, defining art directions, developing engaging presentations, and contributing to styling elements. As a Creative Associate, you will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity for various clients. This role requires a strong foundation in these creative aspects and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with the Creative Director. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a keen eye for detail, innovative thinking, and proficiency in bringing concepts to life through compelling presentations and styling elements.

What We Expect

  • Help with each need of the Creative Executive Departments.
  • Engaging in several drafts of creative posts for several clients through multiple social media platforms and creating mood boards for the internal and external approval and to be presented and brief to the production.
  • Support the client to communicate his/her desired artistic outcome to the production department, this includes periodically meeting with the production team for briefings and updates. 
  • Establish and develop new creative campaign/social media strategies on a regular basis as well as utilize outputs for digital advertising. 
  • Interpret creative briefs with the team to develop and produce creative concepts through execution on assigned brands.
  • Research and understand the clients' brand guidelines and target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research.
  • Collaborate with the production team from concept development to delivery of final output of the tasks.
  • Present copy concepts and final deliverables to team, and to client representatives as needed, and participate in client pitches on occasion.

The Ideal Candidate

  • The ability to maintain attention to detail & preciseness, and the continuation of monitoring social media channels and campaign related matters outside official working hours. This includes tasks for the candidate's personal time away from the office.
  • Excellent organizational skill and multitasking ability.
  • Strong project management skills; planning, executing, and managing.
  • The ability to think outside and inside the box and contribute to innovative creativity that results in spontaneous and originative ideas.
  • Strong familiarity with Social Media Applications &Tools.
